On Saturday, October 3, Jeff Silbar and singer-songwriter Jodi Siegel come together for Behind the Songs, an intimate evening of music, stories, and the experiences behind the songs.
Rather than a traditional concert, the evening will give the audience a chance to hear the stories behind the music, with Silbar and Siegel performing songs and sharing the moments, people, and ideas that inspired them.
A Grammy-winning songwriter, Jeff Silbar is best known as the co-writer of “Wind Beneath My Wings,” the Bette Midler classic that earned Grammy Awards for both Record and Song of the Year. His songs have been recorded by artists across the worlds of pop, rock, and country.
Jodi Siegel is a gifted singer-songwriter and guitarist whose soulful writing and distinctive voice have made her a longtime favorite on the Southern California music scene.
Behind the Songs: An Evening with Jeff Silbar & Jodi Siegel takes place at the Laguna Beach Cultural Arts Center, 235 Forest Avenue in Laguna Beach.
